"It’s official, I have joined the party and am now a Kween as the proud owner of “Wing Gal”. To say I am excited to be part of this Royal club is an understatement! I love everything about this piece. Why? I’m rock and roll with a bit of a punk edge, so I love contemporary art using spray paint and typography and the fact this piece is part of a collection of strong women, created by a Kween, is the cherry on top. It’s not very often you have the opportunity to own a piece of art you can identify with! The whole process of purchasing “wing gal” was easy peasy from ordering to receiving the delivery. i managed to get my hands on a cheeky wee artists proof of ‘blue for you’ for my 18th birthday. just shows it’s who you know as prints are not even available to the public yet! It totally slays and i can’t stop staring at it on my wall, kweenie you are incredible!

I love Marilyn. The reason I love Marilyn is because I love Ella (Fitzgerald). They have an interesting back story. Marilyn was, I think, the real deal.
Anyway, I digress. There is something very special about owning a piece of art, be it a print or an original. Whilst everything seems to fade into planned obsolescence, artwork persists and the love you felt upon seeing it for the first time amplifies expansively. Special thing to own.
